Police Knew He Was Hiding Something

in Wisconsin, a police officer received a FLOCK alert about a stolen vehicle near Woodman's Food Market. The captured license plate belonged to a 2008 Chevrolet reported stolen by the Milwaukee Police Department. Despite the FLOCK camera showing a white Chrysler, the actual vehicle at the scene did not match. The officer found the white Chrysler parked at Woodman's, with the trunk open and two male subjects nearby—one wearing jean shorts and no shirt, and another in a red hat and T-shirt. The subject without a shirt closed the trunk and walked towards another vehicle, a gray Chevy Trailblazer, with its hood open.
