The ATF has files for a writ of cert at the US Supreme Court in the Vanderstock v. Garland case for the unfinished frames and Receivers rule, a.k.a. the "Ghost Gun" rule. The Hawaiian Supreme Cort reversed the dismissal of charges in a case for carrying without a permit today, saying that Heller and Bruen were wrongly decided and the state's right to bear arms isn't an individual right. And also, carrying a gun, goes against the state's spirit of "Aloha".
