One of the men convicted in one of the deadliest explosions in Indiana history has died

Mark Ray Leonard was considered the mastermind of the 2012 fatal south side explosion in the Richmond Hill neighborhood. Leonard was being held at the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility. Leonard died at an Indianapolis hospital on Tuesday.
