BIOWEAPONS in use since the 1950's - Did They Stop at Rabbits?

If they've been deploying bioweapons on rabbits since the 50's then why wouldn't the psychopathic globalist cabal "fix" overpopulation the same way? Could it be that rabbits were the first test subjects and now it's our turn?
