Barak Obama Visits Ukraine

In 2005 when Barack Obama was just a senator he went to Ukraine to help deweaponize the Ukrainians, which is a large part of the reason they had no means to defend themselves and thus are constantly begging for money from the U.S. to fund their war with Russia.

Oddly enough B.O. got 48M$ in federal funding for this nobel effort to rid the world of a dangerous corrupt country.

And a year later a proposal was authored by Barack that was signed into law by George W. Bush.
