Bill Clinton apparently blames himself for the fact that the Ukraine had so few weapons to defend themselves. Ironically it worked out for the Democrats as “Joe Biden” and his administration have sent ten’s of billions of dollars to the corrupt nation to support their war efforts against Putin.
