Tonight, Robert Hur issued his report on whether or not Joe Biden mishandled classified documents. The long and short of it is, 1) yes, Joe Biden broke laws, and did mishandle classified documents, 2) he won't be prosecuted because 3) he's a doddering old man.

The Hur Report was surprisingly harsh. Politically, it's very damaging to Biden. It should hasten his exit, leading to Michelle Obama as the nominee.
