Students Rise Against School's Phone Ban

These students walked out of school in protest against the school’s ban on cellphones. What's the answer? Expel all of them and let them be home schooled? Modern problems require modern solutions: add Jammers. No connection, no problem. Before cell phones, if a parent needed to get a hold of a child, they called the school. I'm sure that system will still work.
