The Vladimir Putin Interview

During this history-making interview, President Putin told Tucker that Russia's Special Military Operation in Ukraine is an attempt to finish the war started by the CIA in 2014. He insists Russia did not start the war in 2022 but that it was started by the 2014 coup and subsequent bombings of the Russian-ethnic eastern provinces in the Donbas.

Putin then launched into the 1,000-year history lesson of Russia and Ukraine, which clearly surprised Tucker. He says he thought Putin was filibustering but realized that he was sincere.

After the interview, a massive fire broke out on the rooftops of a nearby large apartment block.
