Congress Should Declare That President Trump DID NOT Commit Insurrection!

The House of Representatives should authoritatively declare that President Trump did not participate in an insurrection or rebellion against the United States.

If what the “defense of democracy” requires is removing candidates from the ballot and limiting the choices of the voters, then I’m not here for that version of democracy.
