Take oats, cocoa and bananas and make this delicious dessert! Gluten free, NO sugar, No butter!

Ingredients:

Recipe 1:
120 g(1+1/3 cup) oat flakes
250 ml(1 cup) hot milk/ plant "milk"
leave to hydrate for 10 minutes
2 ripe bananas
1 tbsp sweetener(stevia or your choice)~optional~
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 medium eggs
40 g(4 tbsp) cocoa/ carob powder
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
bake 45 minutes at 180°C/360°F
Topping:
80 g/2.82 oz sugar free dark chocolate
raspberries for decoration

Recipe 2
45 g(1/2 cup) oat flakes in each
1 tbsp chia seeds in each glass
1 tbsp maple syrup/ or honey in each glass
1 tbsp yogurt in each glass
1 teaspoon cream cheese in each
add raspberries or strawberries
Topping:
3-4 teaspoons yogurt in each
add raspberries or strawberries again
crushed digestive biscuits for decoration
refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight
