Apricot Jelly

The Apricot Jelly (Guepinia helvelloides) is a wild mushroom that can be found growing in coniferous forests on decomposing trees, logs, stumps, and debris. The Apricot Jelly can be found throughout North America and is also known as the Red Jelly Fungus, Candied Red Jelly Fungus, Apricot Jelly Mushroom, Apricot Jelly Fungus, Apricot Jelly Fungi, Phlogiotis helvelloides, and Tremiscus helvelloides.
