CDC Guilty of Mass Murder and Fraud

In his report entitled "The CDC Memorandum" ("TCM") Beaudoin sets out a legal NOTICE OF CRIMINAL LIABILITY a CEASE AND DESIST demand that will be soon be served upon the directors of the CDC, FDA, NIH, and state government officials this year. According to Beaudoin's calculations, thousands of people in the State of Massachusetts alone were murdered by the COVID-19 shots that they were given under the cover of the COVID PSYOP.

Beaudoin’s analyses are more robust than those from any state health department or the CDC. How can that be? There are only two possible reasons. Either 1) all states and the CDC are simultaneously incompetent, or 2) they are all simultaneously hiding this information from the public.
