Biden Dilemma

Special Counsel, Robert Hur issued his report on Joe Biden's documents. Hur said the investigation uncovered evidence that Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his Vice-Presidency when he was a private citizen. Oner would think that would make him guilty. Hur then followed up that Biden would come off as an elderly man with a poor memory at trial. And Hur suggested that jurors would not hold Biden liable for his actions on account of his perceived mental decline. He wold likelyu present himselfto a jury as sympathetic well meaning elderly man with a poor memory, So Hur tries to blame Biden's senility for his crimes. So Biden has a choice, he is either incapable of being President or he is guilty of what some say is espionage. That is a grave situation to be in for the country. Republicans should begin impeachment proceedings against Biden for these crimes as well.
