Easy Homemade Giant Ding Dongs

Let's make some easy homemade giant Ding Dongs. Using a boxed chocolate cake mix and three six inch cake pans you can make some giant Ding Dongs. The outside chocolate is easy to make using some semi sweet chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips. I think you will need a friend to share a ding dong with because they are so big.

For cake
1 box cake
1 cup milk
3 eggs
2/3 cup oil

For frosting
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 T brown sugar
1 cup heavy cream

For whipping cream frosting that tastes more like ding dong frosting
1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 T cornstarch
1 1/4 cup powdered sugar

For chocolate covering
1 cup chocolate chips
1 T coconut oil
