Channel 4 News: Joe Biden is fighting back after a prosecutor issued a scathing report saying he "wilfully retained" classified documents, but won't face charges because of his poor memory.

At a hastily-arranged news briefing, 81-year-old Biden rejected the claim by Robert Hur, then proceeded to mix up Egypt and Mexico.

Vice President Kamala Harris defended him, branding the report "gratuitous" and "politically motivated". But it's all a gift for the man on course to be his main rival in this year's election: Donald Trump.
