Homemade Marshmallow Recipe: Crafting Fluffy Delights at Home-4K

Homemade Marshmallow Ingredients:
• 2 packs of apricot jelly powder
• Half a cup of boiling water for each pack of jelly
• 1 tablespoon of sugar for each pack of jelly
• Desiccated coconut as desired
Instructions:
1. Mix one pack of jelly powder with half a tablespoon of sugar and add boiling water to it. Whisk together until the jelly is completely dissolved and becomes foamy.
2. Grease the bottom of a mold and sprinkle desiccated coconut on it. Then pour the prepared jelly into it and refrigerate for half an hour until it slightly sets.
3. Prepare the next pack of jelly in the same manner and pour it over the previous layer. Sprinkle desiccated coconut on top again. Then refrigerate for 2 hours until it sets completely.
4. Once set, separate the edges from the mold with a knife. Flip it onto a surface with coconut powder side facing up, cut into pieces, and coat with more desiccated coconut. Enjoy!
