Biden Continues to Declare his own Incompetence

Last week, Special Counsel Robert Hur said in a report no criminal charges because Biden cooperated and would be difficult to convict, because he is a "well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory."
Biden almost immediately rebutted that claim by doing a press conference where he demanded he was mentally competent while proving that he is not.
