CDC Gives Out Trophies for Water Fluoridation, but Nothing Else

Plaintiff Brenda Staudenmaier: "My friend Karen and I, who's a data analyst, have been sending letters to CDC for the last few years because the CDC funds an annual fluoridation award to municipalities or water utilities that participate in water fluoridation. And they give them these trophies for giving fluoride to the public for 30 years or 40 years."

"We reached out to the CDC and said, hey, you guys, why are you giving out these trophies for a neurotoxic substance? They don't give out trophies for water utilities having chlorine or not making people sick. They don't give out any other trophies, but they give out these fluoridation trophies."

"CDC's own data shows harm, yet they're ignoring it. So we've been nagging them for years now about these studies and also their participation trophies."
