My Bobcat Tractor Customer Service experience

I contacted Bobcat Customer Service through the Bobcat website. They were responsive in what I consider a timely manner. It motivated my local dealership to at least act as though I was important to them. The issues with my tractor have not been resolved as of yet, but they are working on them. I feel that without contacting Bobcat Customer Service I would not be getting the attention that I feel I deserve from my local dealer. I highly recommend using the Bobcat website for any issues you might be having.
