The LDS Church is growing very rapidly, and as a result off this rapid growth, leaders of other countries are being placed in offices of authority, especially in their own countries. Very few are the days of extensive Americans working side by side these non US church leaders, in these countries. This will cause leaders to lead as they have been lead, normally by a type of tyrannical government leader model example. What growing pains will come of this, till the Lord works it out?
