Cheeseburger Soup

Come with us and make a pot of cheeseburger soup. If you don't have any buns, but want that cheeseburger flavor in every bite, give this a try for dinner. With the potatoes in the soup you have your fries flavor and with a bit of bacon buds, you can make it taste like a bacon cheeseburger. You could do variations using mushrooms and mozzarella cheese would be super tasty too. You can find the recipe below:

1/2 diced onion
1/2 garlic powder
6 cups water
2 T beef bullion
3 T oil
1/4 cup flour
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
2 T spicy brown mustard
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can diced tomatoes
