FR82 - Contra - Can I clear it without the code?

Contra was released on the NES in 1988. Developed and Publish by Konami, this game is legendary in every since of the world. it's handed gamers their asses time and time again to the point where the "Konami Code" was the only way to see the end of the game for most. I try to tackle it without it and see if my skills are with merit. Do I succeed?
