The World is Foolish | John MacArthur Classics

Pastor John MacArthur, in one of his earliest sermons from 1969, he discusses the foolishness of preaching about Jesus Christ. He discusses how the message of the Jesus dying for our sins is divisive, and that the church should not cater to the world. Pastor John argues that the preaching of Jesus as the Messiah is the only true message of the church, and that it is the power of God. He also points out that the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to those who are being saved it is the power of God.
