DIY Wood Storage Cart

I've been needing a better wood storage cart for a while so I decided to build one with some plywood and keep the design as simple as possible while keeping storage compartments that make sense - something that holds various nominal length boards, plywood, or other sheet goods, and rod/dowel storage. This was difficult to figure out but easy to build so it's feasible for anyone to DIY.
