Israeli citizens: Suppression or Repression of the SOUL? Mass Psychosis?

Are Israeli citizens under Mass Psychosis? I ask this most seriously. They could not have ABOLISHED their soul, surely.

Excerpt from "The Abandonment of the Soul" by French philosopher Robert Redeker.
He explains that it is not quite an 'abolition', rather a repression of its voice and that even though Freud might be quite out of fashion nowadays, nevertheless we do know what happens when sentiments are repressed leading to all manner of pathological results.
