Alien Seen from Submerged UFO

Aguadilla seems to be a hotspot
of UFO activity.

Fishermen at Ridge Surf Beach
were shocked to see a blue-glowing
object practicall on top of the water.

They were somewhat frightened and kept their
distance for a time.

Intrigued by the sight, they began to
move closer to the object.

As they wondered at the object, suddenly
what looks like an alien being began to
move on the water.

Video quality is not that good.
