In this book I include my story from the viewpoint of a Lifetime Martial Artist. In doing so I have portrayed the truer character with lessons for the benefit of the reader.

I’m this video the Vital Strikes are represented by strikes to the forehead and inner thigh. Practicality will not allow the real strike for obvious reasons.
This exercise with gloves is highly useful to come as close to reality with precision while negotiating danger.
