Dr Robert Duncan, expert in Cybernetics and Cyborg technologies and author of the book Soul Catcher (taken from British Telecom’s Soul Catcher program). He was a D0D, CIA, DARPA, DOJ contractor until he discovered that his work on neurotechnologies was being used to torture innocent American citizens.
