Mike Oldfield Tubualr Bells II

This is a restoration of the DVD release of Mike Oldfield's Tubular Bells II at Edinburgh Castle.
The footage has had the audio resynced to picture (the original was out of sync), color corrected (the original was very dark in places), upscaled to 4K, and reframed for 16x9 (the original was 768 × 576, 4x3). The original frame rate of 25i has been preserved and uprezzed to 50fps at 4K.

I believe this concert should be preserved for future generations!
If anyone has access to the original uncompressed footage I would be able to make a higher-quality 4k version and would love to revisit the edit as it is a bit lacking in some areas.

The video is a full performance from the premiere concert of the Tubular Bells II album at Edinburgh Castle. The tour continued until the following October. John Gordon Sinclair performed the part of the Master of Ceremonies at the concert. The concert finishes with a reprise of "The Bell". Eight thousand people were at the concert in Edinburgh, Scotland.
It was released on VHS and Laserdisc in 1992 and later packaged with Tubular Bells III Live on DVD.
