Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar seen escaping into tunnel as IDF find compound where he hid with family

Incredible CCTV footage captured by IDF troops reveals Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar escaping into tunnels beneath Gaza along with his family. It is the first time Sinwar, the terror group’s leader in Gaza, has been seen since the war between Israel and Hamas broke out four months ago. Video from inside the tunnel shows an outline of Sinwar walking into the tunnel complex with his children.
Meanwhile IDF soldiers showed off the underground complex where the family are thought to have concealed themselves from the fighting until it was captured. They also produced a graphic showing the location of the tunnel used to hide him. Sinwar’s current location is a mystery, but the IDF believes many of Hamas’s remaining leaders and soldiers are hiding in the southern city of Rafah. That is where the IDF operation will move next, having already cleared out Gaza City and Khan Younis.
