This movie follows Steven Seagal as Nico Toscani, a Chicago Cop and former CIA Agent that along with his partner Delores Jackson (Pam Grier) are hunting down Zagon (Henry Silva), someone in the US Government that is using his position to dominate the Drug Market. This movie also stars Sharon Stone as Sara Toscani, Nico's Wife. Above The Law has been considered by many to be one of the quintessential Action Movies of the 1980s.
