Instead of offering prayers for the victims of the Kansas City Chiefs parade shooting, we're witnessing the familiar script: the left blaming guns and the right blaming criminals.

It's disheartening to see how both the left and the right retreat to their respective corners after each mass shooting. The lack of meaningful dialogue and action from both sides raises the question: will we ever be able to come together to address and solve this critical issue? (February 15, 2024)
