DS Gloating or WH Signal?

The thumbnail photo was from a Tweet by 46 after the Super Bowl concluded. Chatter in the alt. media community was that this was a signal by the White Hats that they are ready to "push the red button" and go into high gear. The Universe was asked if that was the message being given in the Tweet, plus other insights and information deemed relevant to the question.
