Thanks again for taking the time out to watch another video! This time Im cooking up some Whole Spare Ribs! No cutting up and no wrapping. All this was done on my Weber Summit Charcoal Grill at 245-250 degrees for 4.5 hours with a final internal temp of 193-196. They are glazed with Kosmos Cherry Apple Habanero Rib Glaze. Rub -
1 cup of Coarse Black Pepper
1/2-3/4 cup of kosher Salt
1/3 cup of granulated Garlic
1/3 cup of granulated Onion powder
1/2 cup of Smoked Paprika
2-3 Tablespoons of Cayenne Pepper
1/4 cup of Chili powder
1/2 cup of brown sugar
