There is nothing wrong with that strategy per se. However, a story which serves as a connecting tool will likely serve as an illustration, an anecdote, a metaphor or an allegory. When this is the case, the communicator must have an idea where they are leading the audience before the journey begins. Otherwise the mental customer journey will likely represent the flight of the moth and not the flight of the butterfly.”
