HELP ME TO LOVE AS YOU DO LORD!!!

1 John 3:16 New King James Version
16 By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA EVERYONE!!!
Loved by all. Loved for loving. Just what does that mean? I was thinking about this an awful lot as I was reading not just this morning scripture, but other passages of scripture on what it means to love as Jesus loves. I was especially deep in thought in regard to the questions from this morning's devotional, because like I stated this morning, I wanna know what it means to be loved for loving. To love as Jesus loves me. As such, I'd like to share these questions from this morning's devotional with all of you, and I pray that these questions will challenge your heart and cause you to think about what it means to love.

Loved by all and love all. Do you get those mixed up sometimes?

Why or why not?

I'd like to share some things on this issue, that God showed me from His Word this morning, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you, will encourage you to want to no not just what it means to beloved for loving others, but also to know what it truly means to love as Jesus loves. So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I'm gonna ask this final question from this morning's devotional and I pray that it encourages you to put your love for Christ into action through loving others.

What might laying down your life for a friend look like today?

My prayer for all of you tonight, is that you ask God to help you love as He loves you. Ask Him to show you ways in which you can show an active, selfless love as Jesus did, and do it! Remember as Warren Wiersbe states so well, “While the emotions are certainly involved, real Christian love is an act of the will. It means treating others the way God treats us.” I pray that you will be willing to step out of your comfort zone to serve others and give, especially when you don't have to. Remember that showing kindness to others, reflects the self-sacrificing care that God showed for people like us, so don't be afraid to show that active, selfless love to everyone that God puts in your path! LOVE ALL!!!
