People in jail for Marijuana charges should be set Free

There have been laws (so-called), on the books for decades, for the selling, possession, distribution and even usage of marijuana, but this is insane.
How can any government take away the livelihood, of an individual, and even remove them from their families, for often long stents in the prison system. all for doing something that God would disagree with?
The most worse crime, is that the government turns around and legalized this drug, started selling it for profit and now turning it into a billion dollar industry for them.
Is this lawful? Only to them. This is most definitely a form of Slavery.

Sad part is, people in the black community get penalized the most..
