The Award for Best Asymptomatic Covid Performance goes to...

Dr Ciara Kelly who appeared perfectly fine 'with Covid' in January 2022. This was Kelly's second bout of the mystery virus that no-one can identify, after broadcasting from her hot press in March 2020. Strangely enough, broadcaster Claire Byrne was also struck with asymptomatic Covid in March 2020 and took to her garden shed to self-isolate and heroically broadcast her show with zero sign of any illness. No-one knows if she slept in the spanking new garden shed at night or even if the shed was in her back garden or in Montrose studios in Donnybrook, Dublin 4.
Special mention goes to Ryan Tubridy and that famous 'very unintrusive experience' also in March 2020. What a coincidence! As Miriam O'Callaghan said while filling in for Subs on The Late Late Show while he took time off to recover from what exactly we're not sure, "Ryan has a cough". Did he even have a cough? Highly unlikely.
