The Ultimate Cornbread Muffins Recipe. They are amazing!

We have all had bad cornbread. It's either too dry and gritty or overly sweet and too much like cake. This recipe treads the needle and delivers moist and delicious cornbread with a touch of sweetness but they still taste like cornbread! Enjoy!

Cornbread Muffins recipe:
1 1/4 cup AP flour
3/4 cup Corn Meal
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Whole Milk
1/2 cup Creamed Corn
2 large Eggs
1/4 cup Melted Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Honey
