There are 11 studies showing that the majority of children experiencing confusion about their gender outgrow it. There are no studies showing that gender affirming surgery reduces completed suicide attempts. A study out of Sweden that followed people that underwent sex altering surgeries for 30 years showed that they had a 19x higher incidence of suicide than the general population.
