The UN-ICJ-ICC Gaza Genocide and the Hostis Humani Generis Discussion

This report discusses the ongoing genocide of Palestinians in Gaza and how
it is possible to verbally state that no genocide is being conducted
because of the agreed upon rules and guidelines that allows Israel and the
United States officials to publically declare that no such genocide is being
carried out against the citizens of Gaza.

On 14 November 2023, Armenia formally ratified the Rome Statute.
Its ratification will enter into force on 1 February 2024, bringing
the number of states parties to 124. These include 33 from Africa,
19 from Asia-Pacific, 19 from Eastern Europe, 28 from Latin America
& Caribbean, and 25 from the Western European and Others group.

On 6 May 2002, the United States notified the UN Secretary General
that it no longer intended to ratify the treaty and therefore no longer
bears any legal obligations arising from its signature.
