Artificial Ring Cloud Formed Over DUMB in Rincon Mountains|Weather Manipulation

When I started documenting the incoming storm that evening, the sky looked relatively normal. I usually don't record until I see something rare, but I'm glad I was prepared to catch the quite peculiar behavior of these artificial clouds being developed right before our eyes.
