Chefman Espresso Machine – Repairable?

This Chefman RJ54-V2 espresso machine started not producing milk froth and would sometimes leave a puddle of water. Is a low-cost espresso machine even repairable? Yes, if we can find a suitable replacement part for what seems to be a non-standard seal.
