The Museum of Local lore presents the bells of the peoples of the world, from antiquity to the present. The sound of each of them is unique, they are made of different metals and have a variety of shapes. In Russia, the bell has accompanied the most important events for centuries: the alarm signaled trouble, the ringing of bells greeted dear guests, called for unity, the beginning of worship.

The museum was opened in 1995. It is located in the original architectural monument - Lviv Rotunda. Its vault provides amazing acoustics. The perfect place to listen to the bells!
