The Mayor and Community leaders in Key Biscayne, Florida have approved a 60-day ban on e-bikes following an elderly woman's death in a tragic collision recently. Local politicians are going to discuss further bans over this accident. Do leaders in America have the right to ban e-bikes for all citizens over one tragic accident?
