Banana and Coconut Smoothie Recipe 🍹
Ingredients for 4 servings:
• 4 ripe bananas
• 2 cups milk
• 10 walnuts
• 1 small cup almonds
• 1 small cup dates
• 1 small cup desiccated coconut powder
• 1 small cup sesame seeds
• 1 small cup vanilla ice cream
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the bananas.
2. Remove the pits from the dates.
3. In a blender, combine all the mentioned ingredients and blend until smooth.
4. For a chilled smoothie, you can add a few small ice cubes along with the ingredients in the blender.
5. Enjoy your refreshing smoothie!

1 استکان کوچک پودر نارگیل
1 استکان کوچک کنجد
1 استکان کوچک بستنی وانیلی
طرز تهیه:
موزها رو پوس کنده و خورد میکنیم. هسته خرما ها را خارج کرده و سپس همه مواد مذکور را با مخلوط کن خوب مخلوط میکنیم . برای سرد شده میتوان چند عدد یخ قالبی کوچک را به همراه مواد در مخلوط کن ریخت. نوش جان
