Here is Part 23 of the ‘Left Foot Buildup’ series!

In this video, I repeat a steady back-beat with my hands, and combine it with all possible 8th-note triplet patterns we can have in a single beat - from no notes to all three of them and back again - with my left foot, while at the same time performing the seventh of the eight patterns (the second and third notes of each triplet) with my right foot.

The entire series was recorded and filmed at my home studio in Thessaloniki, Greece.
