Goon admits guilt by saying "you won"

In my opinion with my first ammendment right I confronted two goons who stalked me then used artificial telepathy nuerotech explained at www.invasionandmindcontrol.com to shout out my thoughts as well as NLP to threaten me....I confronted them and they talked to each other via NLP aka goon language and then one goon made the big mistake of admitting guilt and saying "you won" after I told him he would be charged by God...if he was really an innocent strager in the library why in the world would he ever say "you won" when told he would be charged by God for using NLP...this goes down as a blatant admission of guilt in my book....also I have no thoughts of harming myself or others, am not severely mentally ill and am in no distress as the virgin Mary's love for me outweighs all
