Capital police

Went to the capital just to check it out and be a typical tourist and two guards started walking in step with me along the length of the capital, staring at me aggressively and even mimicking me. I took my phone out and filmed our interaction.....his last words were "listen to everything I say" ...although it seems like I may have been having fun in this video antagonizing capital police in my opinion with my first ammendment right i was also being cyber tortured with a neurotech voice explained on www.invasionandmindcontrol.com saying "enjoy headaches and heart pain" then getting actual headaches and heart pain... also I have no thoughts of harming myself or others , am not severely mentally ill and am in no distress as the virgin Mary's love for me outweighs all negativity
